Flip the garment over, then fold the garment back to reveal the jet seam allowance.

Fold down the pocket and press flat away from the jetted opening.
Place the pocket facing over the top edge of the back pocket lining so both pieces have the right side uppermost and the raw edges are flush. Zigzag across the bottom edge of the pocket facing and baste across the top to keep both layers together.
Lay the back pocket, and its facing, with the right side down onto the wrong side of the pocket so the top edge of the pocket is level with the top jet seam allowance. Pin in place. Flip the garment over and fold it back to reveal the seam allowance. Sew through the jet seam allowance and back pocket lining, sewing directly on top of the seam line.
Line up the back pocket lining so it sits flat over the front pocket lining. Sew down the sides and across the bottom of the pocket bag.
