Making your Triangles

Take a large square (A) and a large square (B), place right sides together and draw across the diagonals from corner to corner with a fabric marker. Do the same with large square A & B and A & C.

Sew ¼ inch either side of these lines using a smaller stitch length on your machine, you should have 4 rows of stitching.

Using a rotary cutter, cut along the marked line and from the centre top to bottom and side to side to create 8 half square triangles.

Trim the excess at the corners.
