Fold over the bias binding and stitch along the long edge.
When you have all 24 pockets, arrange them in any order you like along the bias binding. Make sure you leave at least 10cm at each end of the bias binding to make a loop to hang your bunting.
Stitch the top point to the bias binding and decorate with stitching. Sequins or buttons.
